Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are welcome — we'll get you in as quickly as possible. If you need your car back the same day, booking ahead is best.
What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Just your vehicle and keys. If you have maintenance records or a description of the issue, that helps our techs diagnose faster. We'll handle everything else.
Is there a drop-off option?
Yes! Our key drop box is available 24/7 at the front entrance. Fill out an envelope with your info and concern, drop your keys in, and we'll call you first thing in the morning.
Do you offer loaner vehicles?
For longer repairs, we can arrange a rental car at a discounted rate through our partner.
